We use high-performance polyurethane coatings that bond permanently to aluminium, uPVC, and powder-coated surfaces. The result is a durable, UV-stable finish that looks and performs like a factory-applied coating.
All glazing, brickwork, and adjacent surfaces are fully masked and protected before spraying. We work methodically to ensure a clean, overspray-free finish every time.
Items We Spray
Preparation
All surfaces cleaned, degreased, and abraded with scotch-brite to create a key. Flaking or damaged coatings scraped back and feathered.
Masking
All glazing, rubber seals, brickwork, tiles, and adjacent surfaces fully masked with tape, polythene sheeting, and masking paper.
Application
High-performance polyurethane coating applied by HVLP or airless spray to achieve a smooth, factory-quality finish. Multiple light coats for even coverage.
